Ask for a beta invitation

PocketPilot is a private budget and receipt tracker. Plan your money into envelopes before it moves, then photograph your receipts to see what each pound actually became, down to the line item.

The beta is invitation-only and runs in small groups, UK households first, so that support stays personal and problems get fixed properly.

  • Free during the beta. No payment is taken and no card is asked for.
  • Emails come from beta@mypocketpilot.io, and only about the beta.
  • Unsubscribe or ask for deletion at any time, and we act on it.
  • No advertising trackers on this site, and no cookies to accept.

Request an invitation

The beta is invitation-only and runs in small groups, UK households first. No payment is taken during the beta.

So the invitation can be addressed to you rather than to an email address.

Used to send you an invitation and beta updates from beta@mypocketpilot.io. Nothing else.

It helps us decide what to build first. It does not affect your place in the queue.

Read by a person, not by a machine. Please leave out account numbers and anything else you would not want stored.

We store your name, your email address, your answers above, and the time you asked. Nothing else. No advertising trackers.

What to expect

After you join the list

You go on the list

Nothing happens immediately, and that is deliberate. We do not send a welcome sequence, a drip campaign, or anything you did not ask for.

An invitation arrives

When a group opens, you get an email from beta@mypocketpilot.io with a link. You are free to ignore it, and you keep your place if you do.

You tell us what is wrong

A beta is a conversation. What you report shapes what gets built next, which is the whole reason for running it in small groups.
